METHODOLOGY
The Laser Thought™ Managing People programme comprises a number of highly interactive courses that utilise a unique experiential training model called Training in the Round™. This training model is based upon the power and energy found in the theatre.

These Fast-Track courses will use interactive exercises, experiential group presentations and improvisation. There is specific focus on developing the key skills essential to people management with particular focus on leadership. You will be better able to manage time successfully, lead productive meetings and implement staff performance appraisal programmes.
