The
Booking Method
All Laser Thought™ programmes
are guidelines of the workshops run as we recognise that each
organisation or department have their own individual training
requirements. Laser Thought™
workshops will be tailored specifically to you based on the needs
of you and your staff. These needs will be discussed and an outline
defined during the no-obligation briefing meeting. From an initial
briefing meeting to establishing your own bespoke training programme,
Laser Thought™ will inspire confidence in you and your staff,
developing an action plan to build on in the future.
1
– The Briefing Meeting
Your first step to Laser Thought™
is to call to arrange a briefing meeting with the course director.
This is a no-obligation meeting essential to understand the
needs of the organisation and if Laser ThoughtTM is appropriate
to you.
2 – The Planning
The course director will create a programme for you
focusing on skills requiring development based on the information
given during your briefing meeting.
3 - The Proposed Programme
The course director will discuss and confirm the
proposal with you and the costs associated with the workshop.
4 – The Workshop
The workshops are generally one, two or three days
long. Workshops are deliberately kept to a maximum of 16 delegates
as they are highly interactive. The maximum numbers ensure
that all delegates have the opportunity to develop their skills
and increase confidence.
